No nun

This morning I had a thorough conversation with the one that will always echo all my thoughts, me, to let her hear my confession. We had not yet even finished our second cup of coffee, when we decided that none of us would ever be a nun. One deep look in one another’s eyes confirmed our consensus. I felt relieved, put on my favourite white dress and went to the monastery garden. No fierce angel appeared, but a whiff in the leaves of the old oak made me shiver.
